KD WOOD ARTIST

Kyle’s woodworking began in 2010 by making simple pieces for his first home. As his skills progressed, he began making pieces for friends, family, and eventually, an ever widening circle of people. This organic progression seeded the idea of woodworking as a second career, so after retiring from the military, Kyle founded KD Wood Artist.

 

In Kyle's own words:

 

“I want to help people get past the décor of their 20s & 30s. When things were purchased to just fill an empty space in our first place. We’ve all done it, purchased something from a big-box-store, it’s poorly made, it has no meaning to us, and we’ve seen it in a dozen of other homes. I want to change that by creating pieces that speak to you, that blow your guests away, and that you’ll have for years to come.”
